Maintenance tracking for the equipment you actually own.

TractorNuity is a usage- and maintenance-tracking platform for outdoor power equipment. It keeps factory service schedules, hour logs, oil analyses, warranties, and matching recall and service bulletins in one place — for households, hobby farms, small operations, and anyone tired of guessing when a service is due.

We built TractorNuity because the operator’s own equipment kept outgrowing the tools available to track it. OEM apps handle one brand at best. Spreadsheets get out of date. Paper folders get lost. The high-end fleet-management products are priced for fleets, not for a barn with a tractor, a mower, a generator, and a chainsaw in it. We wanted something built around the equipment a normal household actually owns.

Who runs it

TractorNuity is operated by Perkio Technology Group, LLC, a small family-owned business based in Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania. The company is registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Because we’re small, you can reach a real person when you need to. There’s no support tier system, no chatbot triage, and no offshore call center. If something’s broken, write to us and we’ll fix it.

How TractorNuity makes money

We offer a free tier supported by advertising, and paid tiers (Plus and Fleet) that remove ads, raise the equipment limits, and unlock multi-user collaboration. Every paid subscription helps fund the curation work behind the bulletin library and the time spent keeping factory service schedules accurate.

We don’t sell user data. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it’s used; the Cookies Policy explains how third-party advertising works on the free tier and what your consent options are.
